Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a permissible purpose under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) to order a license plate search.

You agree that:

  • Results are used only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not resell or share the information.

  • You accept full responsibility for compliance with the DPPA.

No FCRA Use

Information provided may not be used to determine a consumer’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Payment and Refunds

All payments must be made before the search begins. Due to the nature of investigative work, refunds are not guaranteed once the search is completed.

Confidentiality

Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide accurate and timely results based on available records, but we do not guarantee the completeness of third-party data.

Limitation of Liability
